Surrounded by Cypress
Most of these images were made during a long weekend trip to the Caddo Lake area of east Texas. I was able to photograph from land and on a small boat. The light and atmosphere were magical and the situation was truely enveloping. For several days I was quite literally, Surrounded by Cypress. A return trip a few years later provided even more cypress goodness.
Six of these images were chosen to appear in a book from Lenswork Publishing, Seeing in Sixes 2017.
