Fort Pickens, Pensacola, Florida

Fort Pickens was built in the early 1800's to guard the Navy shipyard in Pensacola Bay. It saw action in the Civil War and was used until 1947. It is now part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. My Passageways of Ft Pickens project was featured in Lenswork Magazine Issue 120, Sept-Oct 2015.
